There is no parking affiliated with the museum but visitors arriving by car can use Ally Center’s 1,400-space parking garage or public parking in front of the Museum. If you are planning on driving, please allow time to find a parking spot.

Visitors traveling by light rail can exit at Brooklyn Village station. MOI Charlotte is just a 4 minute walk from the station. The bus station closest to our location is at CTC Arena. MOI Charlotte is a 13 minute walk away from the station.

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Tickets are not required for children who are under age five. They can enter MOI for free!
